PRICES

All prices are inclusive of VAT; shipping costs are excluded and will be clearly displayed before completing the order.

SHIPMENTS

Shipments are made by SDA, GLS, DHL courier.

When the package is entrusted to the courier, the seller sends an email with the shipment tracking.

Shipping fees :

ITALY € 6.90 for orders up to € 90, free for orders over € 90

FOREIGN expenses vary according to the country of destination. The amount of shipping costs abroad is visible during the check-out process or by contacting the seller.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON IMPORTS

According to the foreign country of destination of the goods, the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties.

The seller is not responsible for any delays caused by customs controls.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Ricami Baldi may at its discretion ask the customer for an e-mail confirmation of the order placed.

EVASION TIMES

The average processing times from the moment of receipt of payment are 8-10 working days.

In the months of July / August and December the times are longer (about 30 days) due to holidays.

In case of delays in the management of the order caused for example by products not in stock, we will contact the customer informing him of the expected waiting times.

The customer will be entitled to cancel the order if he considers the processing times to be excessive.

In order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, we invite you to contact us in advance to know the approximate delivery times.

ARTISAN PRODUCTS

The items offered are handcrafted. They are checked in detail and cared for in detail and, precisely because of their artisan characteristic, it may happen to notice the slightest differences in the comparison between two items of the same article. Above all, it is necessary to tolerate a variation from 1 to 5 cm (sometimes more in the case of large items) on the standard measures declared.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

As a total guarantee for the customer, Ricami Baldi ensures the possibility of withdrawal as governed by Legislative Decree 206/05. If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal:

- the purchased good must be substantially intact. If the goods have been subjected to washing or other types of treatments, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable

- shipping costs will be charged to the customer

- once returned, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal)

To exercise this right you must send us a communication to the email address ricamibaldi@gmail.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods indicating the product in question and the reason for the return. Then you will have to wait for a communication from us authorizing the return and return the goods to us within a further 14 days "" (the date of transmission by us of the e-mail will be valid)

In the event of a lack of conformity, Ricami Baldi may proceed at its discretion to return the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product with equal or superior characteristics.

In the event of a refund, the relative amount paid will be sent within the terms of the law, net of shipping and cash on delivery costs; in case of replacement there will be no increase in shipping costs.
